Why support us?

Kirkcudbright Jazz Festival was established in 1997 and since has grown to offer a four day celebration of Jazz and other music forms, which brings many people to Kirkcudbright year on year. The Festival is a well loved and respected event in the Kirkcudbright calendar and has significant economic impact for both the bands and musicians involved, and also the local economy in Kirkcudbright.

We do everything we can to keep our costs down and to reduce the ticket costs to make the event affordable for as many people as possible; we want everyone to be able to enjoy this fantastic Festival. Our prices and cheaper than many of the equivalent Festivals throughout the UK, but with the same, and sometimes even higher, levels of quality in music. In order to ensure that the event remains feasible and affordable to attendees, we rely on patrons and donations to support the Festival.
